Twenty kilograms, and a grip of our own.

A multipurpose 20 kg Olympic-format bar. Its grip is our own Fluted Volcano pattern: a textured knurl, crossed by narrow, shallow grooves that spiral along the shaft. The same grip is drawn for every EDSTROM bar and dumbbell.

01 / THE DESIGN

Satin in the hands. Oxblood at the ends.

The shaft and shoulders are satin hard chrome, and the sleeve ends are a brighter chrome. Both are functional finishes; no decorative chrome is added.

Each end closes with an engraved Oxblood cap, lettered in silver. Both caps read EDSTROM, 20 KG and 44.1 LB; one adds the line “The good life requires training.”

Hand marks sit at 810 and 910 mm, and the centre of the shaft is left smooth.
